• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment • Operate forklift to move product throughout plant. • Understand and follow all company work procedures that apply to position being performed • Meet required production rate per line to best of ability • Follow all quality procedures to ensure we produce a quality product • Perform daily housekeeping duties (5s) • Fully fill out all daily production documents • Perform hourly paint chemistry checks (Dip spin operators) • All other duties assigned per Supervisor NICE-TO-HAVE • Able to lift 50lbs. • Understanding of industry sector safety and environmental standards. • Demonstrated ability to work independently. • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity. • High School diploma or GED required. • Work authorization: United States (Required) NICE-TO-HAVE • 6-12 months experience operating a forklift or forklift certification preferred. • 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing, production other related fields preferred.
