Given the vision to diversify the group’s portfolio through different services, we are proud to be able to provide our clients with a patch service as well: We are currently located in Italy exclusively for this service within our company Vi.Pi.Effe, but to be in North America soon too.

Precote® is a pre-applied two component adhesive for thread locking and sealing. Precote® is produced by integrating  individual microencapsulated adhesive components within a reactive lacquer-like bonding system. Precote® applied in liquid form dries to create a non-sticky dry coating permanently attached to the threaded part.

The general-purpose coating, mainly for low-friction applications, offers excellent wear resistance and low friction. XYLAN® is a nonstick solution for molds in the engineering and food industries. The declaration of suitability for contact with food of such coatings will be released on a specific request.

GLEITMO® suspension of solid lubricants (lacquer), water-based, and organic additives allows constant friction indices with minimal dispersion, making mounting values calculable and reproducible.

MICROGLEIT® is a solid lubricant suspension (film) suitable for high operating temperatures due to good resistance to oils and solvents that do not alter coated materials’ characteristics. It has a low and constant coefficient of friction.

TORQUE ‘N TENSION® is a specific lubrication that decreases the friction coefficient on the coated pieces and controls the voltage obtained with a particular twist during mounting.
